This site was taken from undeveloped agricultural land through to a permissioned site for 9 units, which is currently under construction. The site is adjacent to Flood Zone designation 2 & 3 which represented a major constraint. Working closely with the council allowed mitigation of risks and consent of scheme in 2020.

romotion through Local Plan - 10 Units

This site is currently being taken forward by the local council as an allocated site for 10 units as part of the Local Plan process. The key constraint for this site is its location within the Green Belt. Through working closely with the council, this site is being reviewed positively for release from the Green Belt. The landowner benefited from an outright sale in 2018 and we expect to gain permission by 2022.

romotion agreement (under consideration) - 30 to 45 units

Following a direct approach with a landowner based in Chelmsford, we are currently in the final stages of securing a promotional agreement to take the site forward for planning. This deal benefited from no agent involvements and allowed the owner to explore a variety of options.
